Job Description

Amazon is seeking a creative, thoughtful and customer-obsessed Senior UX Manager to help us define the future of Selling Partner Experience. As a strategic design leader, you will define and champion the future vision of a scalable company-wide experiences, services, and tools that serve our diverse, global selling partner landscape.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in experience design, design systems, and enterprise software with a proven track record of leading large-scale UX initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-centric solutions while building and mentoring high-performing design teams. We're looking for someone who excels in strategic thinking and storytelling, demonstrates sophisticated design solutions through their portfolio, and brings a leadership style that balances vision with pragmatism. Most importantly, you should be passionate about solving complex problems at massive scale through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail, while maintaining a human-first approach to transformation.

To be successful in this role, you must be an empathetic leader who prioritizes the success of their team, has a proven track record in coaching and mentoring highly motivated designers, excels at creative problem solving, working through ambiguity, and setting up structure to meet long-term business goals. You will not only help scale the team, but work with leaders of well-established e-commerce partners to achieve harmony between their selling experiences and our solutions. Strategic management and influencing teams is critical to be successful in the role.

Our team consists of highly specialized UX Designers, Visual Designers, Design Technologists and Program Managers, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver innovative seller-facing experiences across stores world-wide. As a Senior UX Design Manager, you will lead a team of individual contributors, often working across disciplines, to support a suite of products that SPs use daily to sell on Amazon. You will be responsible for defining the end-to-end seller experience vision and ensuring its delivery across your team. You will drive clarity in complexity, reduce bureaucracy, and remove blockers to move the organization forward. Importantly, you will set the CX bar for your organization, champion continuous innovation, and drive better seller experiences across our product and engineering teams. You will insist on operational efficiency, create mechanisms to measure and drive influence and impact, and build strong, diverse teams with complementary skills.

If this sounds interesting and motivating, we would love to talk to you!
