Overview

You have a strong background in workplace health and safety, ideally with experience in implementing safety programs and conducting audits. Your expertise allows you to effectively lead incident investigations and risk assessments, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. You understand the importance of combining technology with human-centered solutions to create a thriving safety culture. Your ability to build relationships and influence positive change is key to your success in this role. Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in logistics or warehousing, is a plus. Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is essential, and any certifications related to workplace safety will be advantageous. You are comfortable delivering engaging safety training and can effectively communicate safety protocols to associates. Your analytical skills enable you to utilize data-driven strategies to drive safety program excellence.
