Rubrik is seeking a Regional Director (Sales Leader) to drive growth and lead the sales team in Germany. You'll develop strategies to maximize market opportunities and manage a team of Account Executives. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. You understand the importance of fostering an inclusive and motivated work environment, and you are skilled at developing strategies that drive growth and success. Your ability to collaborate with partners and stakeholders is key to your success in this role. You are results-oriented and have a strong understanding of the sales process, particularly at the CxO level. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about protecting data against cyber threats.
As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the overall growth of the sales team and managing the regional budget. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Rubrik’s position in the German market.
