You have a proven track record in managing partnerships and driving growth initiatives — you've successfully navigated complex negotiations and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your strategic thinking allows you to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit, ensuring that partnerships align with business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of partnerships to both internal and external audiences. You are data-driven, using metrics to evaluate partnership performance and make informed decisions. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that drive growth for Ramp. You will identify potential partners and assess their alignment with Ramp's mission and goals. You will lead negotiations and manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Ramp's ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create joint value propositions and co-marketing initiatives that enhance partner engagement. You will monitor partnership performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will represent Ramp at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the brand within the financial technology space. You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
