You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning, sanding, and masking areas that should not be painted. You will apply paint using various techniques and tools, ensuring a flawless finish that meets Carvana's quality standards. Your role will also involve blending adjacent panels to create a seamless look and correcting any paint imperfections that may arise during the process.

You will work closely with other team members to ensure that vehicles are painted efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the Inspection Center. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.
