You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint imperfections, ensuring that every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs.
You thrive in a high-tech environment and are eager to utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning, sanding, and masking areas that should not be painted.
