Xometry is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to act as a customer-facing technical expert for enterprise accounts. You'll collaborate with customer engineers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and drive customer satisfaction. This role requires a background in Mechanical Engineering.
You are a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in customer engagement and a passion for ensuring customer success. You have a strong technical background and are comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise accounts. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with customer engineers to optimize projects for manufacturing. You stay informed about upcoming projects and proactively address potential manufacturing challenges. As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at Xometry, you will be embedded within strategic accounts, acting as an extension of their engineering teams.
