What you'll do

As a Policy Manager at Airbnb, you will be responsible for leading policy initiatives in the Great Lakes and Smoky Mountains regions. You will work closely with the Public Policy Lead to develop and implement comprehensive government relations strategies that align with Airbnb's mission and objectives. Your role will involve drafting policy proposals, engaging with local and state governments, and mobilizing community support for key initiatives. You will analyze legislative developments and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Additionally, you will coordinate outreach efforts to stakeholders, ensuring that their voices are heard in the policy-making process. You will also monitor and report on the effectiveness of policy campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
