You have experience in high volume hiring and understand the nuances of recruiting for hourly positions. You are skilled in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a ready-to-hire pipeline at all times. You are committed to providing an excellent candidate experience and can implement and enforce recruiting policies effectively. You thrive in a team environment and are dedicated to delivering quality-driven service to internal customers.
Experience with data analysis to identify market trends and operational efficiencies would be beneficial. Familiarity with recruiting programs and events, such as job fairs and university hiring, is a plus. You are adaptable and can adjust your strategies based on the evolving needs of the organization.
In this role, you will own the execution of the end-to-end recruiting process for high volume hourly Customer Service Associate positions. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring a consistent flow of talent into the hiring pipeline. You will collaborate with various support areas to complete hiring effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You will create, post, track, and unpost external requisitions for high-volume hiring positions, ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and procedures. You will coordinate and participate in recruiting programs and events to engage potential candidates and enhance Amazon's brand as an employer of choice.
