Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You have experience in providing medical support in a workplace setting, ideally with a focus on health and safety. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you understand the importance of advocating for health and wellness principles among employees. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with new hires and existing associates to foster a culture of safety. You are familiar with OSHA regulations and have a keen interest in risk management and analysis. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with safety teams to ensure a safe workplace for all.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of associates. You will independently assess and administer first aid as needed, ensuring that all associates receive timely and appropriate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings and case management reviews, contributing your insights to improve workplace safety practices. Your role will involve greeting new hires and providing them with essential information about health and safety protocols. You will also refer associates to outside medical providers when necessary, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your passion for health and wellness will drive you to advocate for best practices and support the overall wellbeing of the workforce.
