Plaid is seeking a Security GRC Manager to lead the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks. This role requires strong leadership and expertise in security assurance.
You have a strong background in security governance, risk management, and compliance, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the importance of balancing security needs with business objectives, and you have a proven track record of implementing effective security controls. You are a strategic thinker who can communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. You have experience managing teams and mentoring individuals, helping them grow in their careers while achieving organizational goals. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to assess risks and make informed decisions. You are passionate about security and committed to continuous improvement in security practices.
As the Security GRC Manager at Plaid, you will lead the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, ensuring that security risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. You will work closely with product teams and customer-facing teams to unblock business opportunities while maintaining a strong security posture. You will design and implement security controls that scale with the business, focusing on automation and continuous assurance. You will report directly to the CISO and play a key role in shaping the future of Plaid's security strategy.
