Overview

Centerfield is hiring an Account Manager for their Client Success team to manage a book of business within the home services division. You'll develop client programs and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on achieving KPIs.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in client success or customer relationship roles. You excel at building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business growth. You are results-oriented and have a knack for understanding client objectives and aligning them with company offerings. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve client goals. You are adept at analyzing performance metrics and using data to inform your strategies for client engagement and retention. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients within the home services division. You will develop a deep understanding of each client's business and their specific needs, allowing you to tailor your approach and maximize their success with Centerfield's products and services. You will set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each client program, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the established objectives. Regular meetings with clients will be a key part of your role, where you will discuss ongoing goals, report on performance, and strategize on future initiatives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine operational processes and enhance the overall client experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster strong relationships will be essential in driving client satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
