Overview

Rubrik is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the Healthcare sales team in the Northeast. You'll support Healthcare accounts and drive innovative technical programs. This role requires strong sales and technical expertise.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales engineering, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess the ability to provide technical leadership and direction to both customers and internal teams. Your experience includes developing integrated technology solutions that support pre-sales activities, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of complex products to diverse stakeholders.

You are a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with account executives to exceed sales quotas. Your strong analytical skills enable you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. You are comfortable conducting customer demonstrations and overseeing proof of concepts, showcasing your technical expertise and understanding of the products you represent.

Your ability to evangelize and position products effectively is complemented by your deep understanding of distributed architectures and file systems. You are adept at navigating the complexities of the healthcare industry, ensuring that you can address the unique challenges faced by your clients.

Desirable

Experience with cybersecurity solutions and a strong understanding of data protection principles will set you apart. Familiarity with sales enablement programs and a commitment to continuous professional development are also highly valued.

What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Rubrik, you will play a critical role in supporting the Healthcare sales team throughout the Northeast. You will provide technical direction and business guidance, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the needs of healthcare accounts. Your responsibilities will include driving innovative technical programs and pipeline generation alongside account executives, as well as conducting customer demonstrations and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities.

You will be responsible for evangelizing Rubrik’s products, positioning them effectively to a targeted list of new and existing strategic healthcare accounts. Your technical leadership will be essential in developing fully integrated technology solutions that address the specific needs of your clients. You will assist in the analysis, design, and development of these solutions, ensuring that they align with customer expectations and industry standards.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to your clients. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to guide both customers and internal staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
