Vonage is seeking a Transformation Office Manager to drive governance and execution for their strategic change agenda. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of execution and influencing senior leaders. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills.

You excel in communication and have a knack for influencing senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You understand the importance of establishing a rigorous cadence for transformation initiatives and are skilled at tracking progress and eliminating roadblocks. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the governance and rhythm of the Transformation program at Vonage. You will establish and own the governance model, ensuring that all forums operate with strategic clarity and accountability. Your role will involve tracking workstream progress and escalating critical actions to ensure timely execution against key milestones. You will partner directly with Workstream Leads and stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and maintain strategic momentum. Additionally, you will produce and disseminate strategic communications that highlight transformation progress and updates to the organization and senior leadership. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the culture of execution and ensuring that the strategic vision of Vonage becomes a reality.
