Flex is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead the design strategy and enhance the user experience for their innovative rent payment platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define features and ensure exceptional product delivery. This role requires strong design leadership skills and experience in user-centered design.
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that solve real problems. You are skilled in Figma and have a deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns. You excel at leading design teams and fostering a collaborative environment where creativity thrives. You are a strong advocate for the user experience, always seeking to understand customer needs and translate them into effective design solutions. You have experience in FinTech or similar industries, which gives you insight into the unique challenges and opportunities in this space. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality.
