HubSpotSaas sales

Overview

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth by identifying and closing good-fit prospects. You'll leverage your consultative selling skills and experience in SaaS sales to manage a pipeline of leads. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of full sales cycle experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Your strong consultative selling skills enable you to balance a pipeline of both transactional and complex deals effectively. You are recognized as a top producer in your current role, demonstrating a proven track record of success in sales. Your experience in SaaS sales equips you with the knowledge to position the value of HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology to potential clients. You are comfortable conducting product demos and have a solid understanding of value-based selling methodologies, such as The Challenger Sale.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals. Your ability to dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals allows you to determine how HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their growth. You are passionate about helping organizations grow better and are eager to bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance HubSpot’s mission.

Desirable

Experience with managing a diverse pipeline of leads and closing business with both new and existing customers at or above quota level is highly desirable. Familiarity with the technology and marketing departments will enhance your ability to execute sales strategies effectively as HubSpot introduces enhancements to existing solutions and releases new products.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive on the Enterprise sales team, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects primarily within companies that have between 200 to 2000 employees. Your role will involve educating and guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey, helping them understand how HubSpot can grow their business. You will manage a pipeline of self-sourced leads, engaging and developing relationships with potential buyers to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

You will be responsible for dissecting and qualifying prospects’ business goals, determining if HubSpot can be a strategic investment for their growth. Closing business with new and existing customers will be a key focus, and you will strive to meet or exceed your quota levels consistently. Collaboration with marketing and technology departments will be essential as you execute sales strategies and adapt to new product releases and enhancements.

Your contributions will not only drive revenue but also help shape the future of HubSpot’s offerings. You will bring your unique insights and strategies to the table, contributing to the company’s values and culture. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds.

What we offer

At HubSpot, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to helping millions of organizations grow better. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits that support your well-being and professional development. You will have the opportunity to work in a remote environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Join us in our mission to transform the way businesses operate and thrive in the digital age.
