Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may also have experience leading teams in a high-growth setting, where adaptability and innovation are crucial. A background in mobile app development or giving technology could be beneficial, given Pushpay's focus on these areas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take genuine ownership of feature delivery from start to finish. You will be responsible for guiding technical decisions and ensuring that the architecture and engineering practices align with the company's goals. You will work closely with your team to design and build features that meet customer needs, leveraging your expertise in C# and .NET.

You will play a crucial role in influencing product outcomes, helping your team understand how their work connects to customer value. Your hands-on approach will involve coding and designing features, as well as conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of quality. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as they grow in their roles.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work alongside other engineers, SREs, QAs, UX designers, and product managers to deliver value to customers. You will help create a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning within your team. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping your team navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
