As the Sales Manager at WeTravel, you will be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing sales team focused on the wellness travel sector. You will spend approximately 80% of your time mentoring and enabling your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles. You will also engage in hands-on selling as a player/coach, particularly during your initial ramp-up period. Your role will involve developing strategies to drive momentum and align your team's efforts with the company's goals. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the wellness travel market, helping to shape the future of WeTravel's offerings.
