Overview

Axon is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance transformation for their German subsidiaries. You'll work with US GAAP and HGB standards, focusing on ERP systems and local statutory reporting. This role requires a strong background in complex transition and post-merger integration projects.

Who you are

You have a robust background in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience, particularly in managing complex financial operations. Your expertise in both US GAAP and HGB is essential, as you will navigate the intricacies of financial reporting and compliance in Germany. You have a proven track record in leading transition projects, especially those involving ERP systems, and you understand the nuances of local statutory reporting. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to ensure accuracy and efficiency in month-end close processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment, connecting with diverse teams to drive meaningful change. You are passionate about empowering others and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Desirable

Experience with post-merger integration projects is a plus, as is familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain finance.
