Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer or in a similar role, where you've developed a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization techniques. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you have a keen understanding of machine learning principles that you apply to real-world problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and improve operational performance.

Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner makes you a valuable partner to teams across the organization, including Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Research. Desirable

As a Senior Analytics Engineer on the Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team, you will play a crucial role in unlocking deeper insights into customer behaviors and market performance. You will apply your data science and machine learning skills to analyze customer satisfaction metrics and drive operational efficiency. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making across the company, enhancing the overall performance of Robinhood's offerings.

You will collaborate with various teams to integrate data science and AI pipelines, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with the company's mission. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing data models, conducting experiments to validate hypotheses, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
