Human Interest is seeking a Director of Retirement Sales Activation to drive efficiency and scalability in their implementation processes. You'll lead a high-performing team focused on enhancing onboarding experiences. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have a proven track record in sales operations, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams in a high-growth environment. Your expertise lies in driving efficiency and scalability within implementation processes, ensuring that onboarding experiences are seamless and impactful. You understand the importance of metrics and data-driven decision-making, and you are adept at optimizing resources and operational workflows to achieve performance metrics. You are a strategic thinker who can reimagine sales activation strategies beyond traditional methods, identifying innovative ways to streamline processes and enhance automation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about empowering your team to exceed expectations.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with retirement plans and 401(k) implementation. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable leading change initiatives that drive results. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at equipping your team with the tools and frameworks they need to succeed. You are committed to fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
As the Director of Retirement Sales Activation, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Onboarding teams and ensuring that they have the resources necessary to launch plans successfully. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance the onboarding experience for clients, focusing on increasing the volume of successfully launched plans. Your role will involve analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement, leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress and success of the implementation processes.
