Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to its community. You'll be responsible for assisting key members with reservation issues, particularly in the Luxe segment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be on the front lines, directly interacting with customers and addressing their concerns regarding reservations. You will take ownership of cases, ensuring complete resolution while maintaining a positive rapport with our users. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries from key community members, particularly those in the Luxe segment, and providing tailored support to meet their unique needs. You will collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Your role will also involve utilizing automated tools to assist in candidate pre-selection and improve service delivery.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $96,000 CAD annually.
