Overview

Esri is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and promote the adoption of Esri’s technology. This role requires experience in partner management and strategic alignment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partner management, with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with systems integrators and business partners. Your experience in sales and marketing enables you to effectively promote technology solutions and drive revenue growth. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with internal teams to align strategies and objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to mentor and support team members effectively. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for growth and align partner offerings with organizational goals.

Desirable

Experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail industries is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM tools to manage opportunities and sales processes. A background in technology sales or business development will enhance your ability to drive results in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with Esri account managers, business development, and industry marketing leads to develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans for partners. You will actively seek out sales opportunities with existing partners and systems integrators, ensuring alignment between their offerings and Esri’s strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members and sharing knowledge to foster a supportive team environment. You will leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities and drive the buying process, identifying key partners within the Esri Partner Network Program. Your efforts will contribute to increasing Esri's market presence and revenue growth.
