Overview

AppsFlyer is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to lead their eCommerce or Finance vertical across LATAM. You'll drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance revenue growth. This role requires 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing or performance marketing.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in mobile marketing, user acquisition, ad tech, or performance marketing — you understand the nuances of the industry and have a proven track record of driving growth in competitive markets. Your direct experience in either eCommerce or finance has equipped you with the insights needed to navigate complex market dynamics and customer needs.

As a strategic thinker, you excel at shaping go-to-market strategies and elevating executive conversations — your ability to influence and advise C-level executives sets you apart. You are data-driven, using market insights and industry benchmarks to identify trends and opportunities that inform your strategic recommendations.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams — your interpersonal skills enable you to drive renewals and expansion effectively. You are passionate about elevating industry presence through thought leadership and engaging with customers at various levels.

Desirable

Experience in leading high-impact discussions and representing industry needs internally is a plus — you are comfortable presenting at industry events and engaging with stakeholders to ensure that customer feedback informs product roadmaps.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and lead the regional industry strategy for the eCommerce or Finance vertical across LATAM — acting as the business owner for the vertical, you will drive sustainable revenue growth through deep industry leadership. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives at key customers, leading high-impact discussions that influence regional go-to-market priorities.

You will utilize data, market insights, and industry benchmarks to identify trends, opportunities, and risks — translating these insights into clear strategic recommendations that enhance AppsFlyer’s leadership within the vertical. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that customer and market feedback informs roadmap decisions.

You will elevate AppsFlyer’s industry presence through thought leadership, speaking engagements, customer presentations, and participation in industry events — your expertise will shape the company’s future across a high-growth region. You will also be responsible for driving renewals, expansion, and long-term revenue growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
