You have significant experience in people management, ideally with a focus on strategic talent initiatives. You understand the importance of translating business goals into effective People programs and actions, and you are a trusted advisor to leaders in the EMEA and LATAM regions. Your approach is hands-on, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and drive results. You thrive in a team-first culture and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated. You are a thought leader who can share perspectives to help leaders build and grow high-performing teams.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to form effective relationships across the organization. As a Senior People Manager, you will serve as an employee champion, strategically anticipating, analyzing, and responding to People-related matters. Desirable

Experience in managing People programs across multiple regions, particularly in EMEA and LATAM, is a plus. Familiarity with cloud contact center software or technology companies can enhance your candidacy. What you'll do

In this role, you will drive strategic talent initiatives that align with Five9's business goals.
