You are comfortable using various sourcing tools and platforms to find the best candidates, including passive talent who may not be actively looking for new opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will run a full desk, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, and hiring strategies, acting as a true partner rather than just an order taker. You will screen candidates who apply to requisitions, ensuring that only the most qualified individuals move forward in the process. Sourcing candidates will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will often need to reach out to those who are not actively seeking new roles. You will discuss candidates with your client groups, providing insights and recommendations based on your assessments. Your role will require you to maintain a high level of organization and communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
