Who you are

You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, building production systems at scale — you've owned services from design through deployment and have navigated complex distributed systems issues. Your deep expertise in languages like Scala and Go allows you to create high-performance APIs that handle significant loads with ease. You are familiar with data technologies such as Kafka and understand the importance of CI/CD practices in maintaining system reliability and performance. You thrive in environments where you can implement self-healing systems that respond gracefully to unexpected inputs or extreme loads. Your experience with agile development practices ensures that you can adapt to changing requirements and deliver high-quality software efficiently. You are a strong collaborator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve user experiences.

Desirable

Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture would be a plus, as would familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
