Relativity is seeking a Senior Director of Test & Launch Supply Chain to lead the supply chain team in executing the design intent for their Terran R rocket. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to balance lead time, cost, and manufacturability.

You have extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly in high-tech or aerospace industries, where you've successfully led teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Your strategic mindset allows you to balance competing priorities effectively, ensuring that design intent translates into executable reality. You thrive in environments that require collaboration across multiple teams, and you are comfortable making decisions that impact the overall success of the project. Your leadership style fosters autonomy and ownership among team members, encouraging them to take initiative and contribute to innovative solutions.

You possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Your analytical skills enable you to assess risks and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the supply chain operates efficiently and effectively. You are adept at using data to drive decision-making and have experience implementing systems that enhance visibility and control over supply chain operations. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively helps you build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.

Desirable

Experience in the aerospace sector or with rocket manufacturing is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and materials. What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Test & Launch Supply Chain at Relativity, you will lead the supply chain team responsible for turning design intent into executable reality for the Terran R rocket. You will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from raw materials procurement to logistics and inventory management, ensuring that the team can build and scale the rocket efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that balance lead time, cost, complexity, and manufacturability. This includes identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain, optimizing processes, and ensuring that the team has the resources and support needed to succeed. You will also play a key role in shaping the culture of the supply chain team, fostering an environment of creativity, technical rigor, and collaboration.
