Motorway is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to develop and execute their CRM and lifecycle strategy. You'll leverage CRM tools like Braze to enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of customer experience and proven management skills.
You have a strong background in CRM with at least 5 years of experience in managing customer engagement strategies — you've successfully developed and executed CRM initiatives that enhance customer experiences across multiple channels. Your expertise in CRM tools, particularly Braze, allows you to create effective multi-channel lifecycle journeys that resonate with customers. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build trust and influence among peers and stakeholders while effectively advocating for CRM's vision and strategy.
You are data-informed in your approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative insights to drive CRM strategies — your analytical mindset helps you measure the impact of your efforts and continuously improve customer interactions. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on in your role, ensuring that you are not only a strategist but also an executor who can implement initiatives effectively. Your experience in managing executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams positions you as a key player in aligning CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as it allows you to understand the nuances of customer engagement in a digital marketplace. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer journey mapping will further enhance your ability to deliver exceptional experiences to B2C customers. In this role, you will assist the Head of CRM in creating and executing a strategic vision for CRM across various touchpoints, including email, push notifications, and SMS — your efforts will ensure that customers receive timely and relevant communications that enhance their journey with Motorway. You will define and implement a data-informed CRM strategy that leverages insights to optimize customer engagement and retention. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders, you will ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and customer experience.
You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement — your insights will guide the development of targeted campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. You will also oversee the execution of multi-channel lifecycle journeys, ensuring that each touchpoint is optimized for maximum impact.
