You have a strong background in product marketing, ideally with 5+ years of experience in marketing solutions to businesses. You understand the nuances of customer segmentation and product positioning, and you can effectively communicate the value of products to various audiences. Your experience includes developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools that drive customer adoption and loyalty. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve common goals. You have a keen understanding of the healthcare, education, and transit industries, which allows you to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing technology tools that can enhance customer engagement and product adoption. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your marketing strategies and decisions. A background in customer experience or user research will help you understand the needs of your target personas better.
In this role, you will develop and drive a comprehensive strategy for Lyft's business-facing products, working closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will lead the creation of go-to-market plans that effectively position products in the market and drive customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include conducting competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and challenges, as well as developing customer segmentation strategies that inform product development and marketing efforts. You will be the voice of the customer, providing insights that influence the product roadmap and ensuring that marketing initiatives resonate with target audiences. You will also oversee the launch of products like Concierge and Concierge API, ensuring that they are positioned effectively and that customers are onboarded smoothly. Your role will require you to collaborate with various teams, including Product, Design, and Brand, to fuel ongoing product adoption and successful go-to-market launches.
Lyft offers a competitive salary range for this position, which is CAD $115,000 - CAD $143,750, depending on qualifications and experience.
