Overview

Flex is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. You'll be responsible for originating and managing complex deals that enhance the company's market presence. This role requires a strong background in business development and strategic selling.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the FinTech sector, where you've successfully built and managed strategic partnerships. Your expertise lies in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with company goals, and you thrive in high-impact roles that require strategic thinking and negotiation skills. You are a natural communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and you have a proven track record of closing complex deals that drive significant revenue growth. You understand the importance of aligning business strategies with market needs and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with scaling partnerships in a competitive landscape.

Desirable

Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with rental payment solutions or similar financial products. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A strong network within the industry will be beneficial as you seek to expand Flex's strategic footprint.

What you'll do

In this role, you will originate and lead new partnership opportunities that expand Flex's market presence and create new revenue streams. You will be responsible for the full deal lifecycle, from developing partnership theses and creating pipelines to negotiating terms and launching initiatives. Your performance will be measured by the success of the partnerships you establish, including the number of new strategic logos acquired and the scale of distribution achieved. You will collaborate closely with the SVP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to align on strategic goals and ensure that all partnerships are executed effectively. You will also engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that partnerships are integrated into the company's broader strategy and operations.
