SoFi is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for SoFi Money's user onboarding and activation journeys. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and retention.
You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in driving account growth, activation, and retention. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of user onboarding and are adept at creating world-class product experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other product managers to set a clear vision and define priorities. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify key metrics and behaviors that lead to deeper user engagement and retention. You are passionate about personal finance and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of banking for millions of members.
In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for SoFi Money's onboarding and activation journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities and manage trade-offs, ensuring that the product experience is seamless for new users. Your focus will be on improving top-of-funnel metrics and driving behaviors that encourage members to use SoFi as their primary bank. You will analyze user data to identify opportunities for improvement and work with marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and campaigns. You will also participate in sprint planning and user research to gather insights that inform product decisions.
