Overview

Checkr is seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist to enhance the connection between Product, Operations, and Data teams. You'll drive process improvements and ensure data integrity in the background screening industry. This role requires deep knowledge of the U.S. Judicial System.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product operations, ideally within the background screening industry, and possess a deep understanding of the U.S. Judicial System. You thrive in environments that require data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency. Your analytical skills allow you to monitor and improve data accuracy across various systems, ensuring high-quality outputs for clients. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive process improvements. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining data integrity, which is crucial in the background screening sector. You understand the importance of compliance and safety in building trusted workplaces and communities.

Desirable

Experience with data quality management and process optimization in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with analytical tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate complex ideas to various audiences. A background in legal or compliance-related fields would be beneficial, as it aligns with the mission of ensuring safety and compliance in operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Product Managers, Data, and Operations teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance data quality, efficiency, and scalability. You will leverage your industry knowledge to optimize workflows related to court data, public records, and other screening data sources. Your analytical insights will be crucial in tracking, monitoring, and improving data accuracy across multiple systems and data sources. You will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring that product and operational strategies align to deliver accurate, high-quality background data to clients. You will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance operational processes, contributing to the overall mission of Checkr to build trusted workplaces and communities.
