What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruiting efforts at Binti, working closely with the Head of People & Places to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various teams, ensuring that you find the best talent to support Binti's mission. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates. You will manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. As the sole recruiter, you will have the opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Binti as an employer of choice in the social services sector. You will stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure that Binti remains competitive in attracting top talent.
