You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes and systems.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS revenue recognition and familiarity with ASC 606 will set you apart. A background in technology or software companies is a plus, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving change.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting Operations at Axon, you will lead the revenue close process, ensuring that all revenue-related activities are executed accurately and timely. You will oversee reconciliations and provide insights into revenue trends and performance metrics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions. Your role will involve developing and implementing accounting policies that align with both internal controls and external regulations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, IT, and FP&A teams to ensure that all systems and processes support accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will provide audit support and ensure that the company remains compliant with SEC requirements.
