Key job responsibilities

Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for Europe, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with Amazon's global strategy
Explore and implement AI-driven technologies to streamline benefits processes and enhance employee experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that balance employee needs and business objectives
Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement
Engage with stakeholders to communicate and champion benefits programs effectively


A day in the life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic planning, technological exploration, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll dive into designing comprehensive benefits programs, experiment with AI-driven solutions, and engage with cross-functional teams to create meaningful impact.

About the team
We are a passionate group of benefits professionals committed to creating exceptional employee experiences. Our team believes in pushing boundaries, embracing innovation, and developing solutions that support the holistic well-being of our global workforce.- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Europe
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements
- Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation- Experience with large-scale HR benefits programs
- Expertise in developing scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Advanced knowledge of benefits-related data analysis
- Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments
