Job Description

Amazon is seeking an External Delivery Service Provider (EDSP) Channel Process Assistant (PA) for the expansion of the EDSP program in the AMZL network. This role will support processes and coordinating internal and external stakeholders to assist the launch of new sites and ongoing operations of existing sites.

The EDSP PA will also deep dive performance, proactively identifying risks and contribute to creating mitigation plans in collaboration with onsite personnel. The PA will have effective communication skills to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and have the ability to focus simultaneously on short and long-term deliverables.

Key job responsibilities
• Support day-to-day relationships between Amazon and external EDSPs
• Participate in partner performance reviews and improvement meetings with internal program teams
• Support daily operations by monitoring delivery capacity against plans, reviewing scan compliance in the Rabbit system, and escalating technical issues that arise during operations
• Coordinate Under The Roof (UTR) team access and onboarding processes to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Review and analyze partner performance metrics, conducting regular deep-dive analysis to identify trends, challenges and opportunities for operational improvements based on data from Tableau and Perfect Mile platforms
• Assist in delivering comprehensive training programs, including refresher sessions for EDSPs, maintaining up-to-date SOPs, and implementing process updates across the delivery network
• Support EDSP driver onboarding using internal systems (AmConsole) and develop strategic staffing plans for peak periods to support EDSPs to ensure they have adequate workforce coverage.
• Support new location launches by coordinating end-user equipment installation and verifying partner readiness, including system access setup and driver onboarding completion.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards across all delivery operations, maintaining necessary documentation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize delivery network efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of the following location:

Sydney, NSW, AUS

This role will work Sunday - Thursday 7:30AM - 3:30PM and will act as the primary contact for the EDSP sites. Weekend work may be required as directed by Amazon during seasonal peak events (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Big Smile, etc).

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/work area, including weekends, and/or holidays
• Working experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Proficient usage of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level


Preferred qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (both internal and external)
• Experience using data and metrics to identify process improvements
