What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals. You will oversee the daily operations and workflow management of an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be the point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing exceptional service and support. Your handy-person skills will come into play as you assist with various maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $48,000 per year, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, and education. Eligible employees may receive a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
