Job Description

Simulmedia is transforming the way brands, marketers, and agencies reach audiences. Our leading advertising platform, TV+, allows clients to unlock new viewers across traditional TV and streaming, while PlayerWON enables reach in video games. Meanwhile, our innovative Skybeam platform makes it easy for any brand to be on TV with all the tools needed for planning, execution, and post-campaign optimization.

Role Summary

You will work closely with our Product and AdOps teams to operationalize new workflows. Your goal is to take high-level processes designed by PMs and turn them into executed, documented daily realities.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a structured thinker who:
●      Does not just memorize steps, but seeks to understand why we take them, ensuring tasks are executed accurately even when variables change.
●      Is highly organized and able to seamlessly balance multiple campaigns at a time, with an eye toward improving each campaign to deliver client KPIs.
●      Demonstrates a high level of ownership and reliability. You ensure that once a task is handed off to you, it is tracked, executed, and confirmed complete without needing constant follow-up.
●      Is comfortable with data analysis using Excel & LLMs — specifically pivot tables, formulas, filtering, and formatting to speed up workflows.
●      Thrives in an autonomous working environment but collaborates well with team members, embracing our five core values: Do the Right Thing, Boldness, Intellectual Curiosity, Data Informed, and Tenacity.

Core Responsibilities

Because our software is home-grown, we will provide all the training necessary to do the job successfully. Your responsibilities fall into two main categories:

1. Daily Campaign Operations

●      Plan compelling television ad campaigns that achieve the client’s audience-targeting goals in a cost-effective manner.
●      Purchase and financially reconcile the corresponding media for the ad campaign across our host of TV Network partnerships.
●      Traffic the creative assets and creative instructions to the networks.
●      Compile post-campaign reports that show the campaign’s effectiveness in reaching the client’s audience and provide data-driven insights for future planning.
●      Monitor active campaigns on a daily basis and assemble client deliverables, such as proposals, weekly pacing reports, and pre-logs.

2. Process Implementation & Documentation

●      Translate workflows provided by the PM into detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for daily execution.
●      Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and ensure these guides are kept up-to-date as processes evolve.
●      Collaborate with our Ukraine-based Product & Technical teams to communicate feedback on our internal tools & automation for a more seamless workflow.
●      Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of new tools and workflows as innovations become available.

Qualifications

●      0-2 years in data analytics or in media operations, either at a full-service agency, media agency, or client-side.
●      A keen interest in TV advertising and technology. Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial but not required.
●      Fluent in written and spoken English.

Scheduling & Location

This position is located in Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv/Kyiv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office. Hours are scheduled to overlap with the US-based team and will typically be 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM UA time.
