Overview

Gympass is seeking a Partner Sales Representative to drive the expansion of their partner network. You'll be responsible for full-cycle sales, from outreach to closing agreements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and a desire to make a positive impact on workplace wellness. You thrive on identifying opportunities and building relationships, and you have a track record of achieving sales targets. You understand the importance of effective communication and are comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach, making 50+ cold calls per day. You are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company that values wellbeing and collaboration.

Desirable

Experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with workplace wellness or related industries can help you connect with potential partners more effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges of a full-cycle sales role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the entire sales process, from initial outreach to successfully closing new partnership agreements. You will systematically conduct high-volume outbound outreach, making 50+ cold calls per day to identify and engage potential partners. Your ability to present solutions and build relationships will be critical in expanding our partner network. You will work closely with the Partner Sales team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of the company and help shape a healthier world for employees globally.
