Flex is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Operations to manage day-to-day cash operations and support treasury functions. This role requires a strong understanding of cash operations and treasury controls, with a focus on detail and interpersonal skills.
You have a solid understanding of finance and treasury principles, ideally with experience in cash operations and reconciliations. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company that is transforming the rent payment experience for users.
Experience in specialty finance companies is a plus, as is familiarity with treasury controls and cash management strategies. You are adaptable and open to learning new concepts in finance and risk management, which will be essential in your role at Flex.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day cash operations, ensuring that borrower collections are processed efficiently and accurately. You will support the purchase and sale of receivables, playing a critical part in the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include monitoring cash flow, reconciling accounts, and implementing treasury controls to optimize operations. You will work closely with the Treasury team to develop strategies that enhance the efficiency of our financial processes and contribute to the overall success of the company.
