You are a driven and strategic professional with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with experience in enterprise sales. You thrive in new markets and have a proven track record of acquiring high-value clients, particularly in the ecommerce sector. Your ability to identify high-value opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies sets you apart. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are adaptable and can operate autonomously while collaborating with global teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in Conversational Commerce or a related field would be a plus, as would familiarity with AI-driven solutions in ecommerce. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a knack for understanding customer needs and pain points. A background in working with high-value merchants generating significant GMV is highly desirable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Gorgias's enterprise expansion efforts in Paris, focusing on acquiring high-value merchants generating over $20M in GMV. You will identify and pursue strategic opportunities, shaping the go-to-market motion for the region. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and positioning Gorgias as the leading customer experience platform. You will work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and support in your efforts. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and establish Gorgias as a key player in the Conversational Commerce space.
