You have 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in leading technical teams and projects. Your expertise includes hands-on coding and troubleshooting, and you are comfortable creating documentation and technical diagrams to guide your team. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy mentoring engineers, helping them grow their skills and navigate complex technical challenges.
