What you'll do

In this role, you will support the onboarding of new influencer partners by coordinating welcome communications and maintaining onboarding documentation. You will track the completion of key partnership requirements to ensure a smooth start for influencers. Managing day-to-day influencer communications will be a significant part of your responsibilities, including sharing promotional calendars, product opportunities, and campaign briefs with assigned influencer partners. You will also help maintain program management tools and compile weekly reporting data to track influencer performance and engagement.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Buying, Merchandising, Social, and Tech to support influencer initiatives. This includes gathering product information, maintaining campaign calendars, and tracking deliverables. You will support data collection and organization for program KPIs, helping prepare performance reports that showcase the impact of influencer marketing efforts.
