Ada is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to enhance their AI customer service platform. You'll work with Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to ensure the quality and reliability of AI features. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning and natural language processing.
You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models. Your expertise in Python is complemented by your proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, allowing you to build robust AI solutions. You understand the intricacies of natural language processing (NLP) and have successfully implemented NLP techniques in previous projects. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with product managers and engineers to drive innovation in AI. You are passionate about improving customer experiences through technology and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven company like Ada.
Experience with AI agent management technology or customer service applications is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP can enhance your contributions to the team. A background in statistical analysis and data visualization tools will also be beneficial in this role.
