Your networking capabilities are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with merchants and drive sales of EDC machines across multiple locations. You are adept at resolving merchant queries and ensuring high levels of engagement within the merchant base. You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance metrics effectively. You are committed to motivating your team members and providing them with the necessary coaching to enhance their skills and performance. You value feedback and are skilled at resolving conflicts, ensuring a harmonious team dynamic.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines through effective channels. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that your team meets its sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for hiring and building a strong team, setting clear goals, and delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Your leadership will be crucial in monitoring team performance and reporting on key metrics to senior management. You will also play a vital role in discovering training needs and providing coaching to your team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles. Additionally, you will encourage creativity and risk-taking within your team, fostering an environment where innovative ideas can flourish.
