You have a strong background in strategy and operations, ideally with experience in lifecycle management and customer experience optimization. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a knack for identifying high-value segments within a diverse user base. Your analytical skills allow you to model lifetime value effectively, and you are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in the online food delivery or logistics industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with churn strategies and lifecycle management approaches.
