Truebill is hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to define and execute their digital paid acquisition strategy. You'll lead a team of growth marketers and optimize digital acquisition channels, leveraging skills in Google Ads and analytics. This role requires deep experience in mobile app performance marketing.
You have over 5 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in digital channels, and have a proven track record of leading successful paid acquisition strategies. Your expertise in mobile app performance marketing is complemented by your ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, guiding and developing a team of marketers to achieve performance outcomes. You are a thought leader in growth data discovery and have a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, creative strategies, and media buying. You are passionate about challenging the status quo and finding innovative solutions to drive growth.
Experience with various digital acquisition channels, including paid social, is a plus. Familiarity with growth engineering and data partnerships will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a measurable impact on the company's growth trajectory.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Growth, Digital, and be responsible for defining and executing Rocket Money's digital paid acquisition strategy. You will lead a high-performing team of growth marketers, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution, analysis, and optimization of digital acquisition channels, ensuring that performance outcomes are met or exceeded. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. As a senior leader within the Growth organization, you will be expected to accelerate velocity and unlock new scale for the company. You will also be involved in developing creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive user acquisition.
