Handshake is seeking Farm Labor Contractors to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide structured feedback. No AI experience is required, making this an accessible opportunity for those with relevant field experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in farm labor contracting or related fields. Your background equips you with the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the development of AI in your field, even if you do not have prior AI experience.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional experience in farm labor contracting. You will assess the content generated by AI models and provide clear, structured feedback to improve their understanding of workplace tasks and language. You will develop prompts that reflect your field and evaluate the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world scenarios. Your contributions will help shape how AI is utilized in agricultural contexts, making your insights valuable to the project.
