Bloomerang is seeking a Field & Events Manager to plan and execute impactful field and event programs. You'll collaborate across teams to enhance attendee experiences and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
You are an experienced Field & Events Manager with a proven track record in planning and executing successful events. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are passionate about making a tangible difference in the nonprofit sector. Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you excel at anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise. You understand the importance of collaboration and are comfortable working across various teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, to ensure every event is a success. You are detail-oriented and committed to elevating the attendee experience at every touchpoint. You believe in the power of nonprofits and are excited to contribute to their success through impactful events.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end management of Bloomerang’s field and event programs. This includes developing strategies and plans for events, overseeing onsite execution, and conducting post-event analysis to measure impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of each event. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring that all events reflect Bloomerang’s mission and values. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback and insights from attendees to continuously improve future events. Your role is critical in scaling our event program and supporting our brand and pipeline.
