Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. You'll partner with leaders to drive engagement and support organizational strategy. This role requires strategic and data-driven thinking.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role. You understand the importance of aligning people practices with business goals and have a proven track record of driving engagement and supporting organizational change. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies, ensuring that you can effectively partner with leaders across the organization. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships and trust with employees and stakeholders alike. As a Senior HR Business Partner at Angi, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for the organization.
