Overview

Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join their People Ops team. You'll partner with leaders to drive engagement and support organizational strategy. This role requires strategic and data-driven thinking.

Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role. You understand the importance of aligning people practices with business goals and have a proven track record of driving engagement and supporting organizational change. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and strategies, ensuring that you can effectively partner with leaders across the organization. You are a strong communicator, capable of building relationships and trust with employees and stakeholders alike. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture that benefits everyone involved.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with remote work dynamics. You may have a background in organizational development or talent management, which would further enhance your ability to contribute to Angi's mission. A certification in HR or a related field would also be beneficial, showcasing your commitment to the profession and your continuous learning mindset.

What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Angi, you will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy for the organization. You will partner with leaders across various functions to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions that drive engagement and performance. Your responsibilities will include advising on talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. You will also work closely with the People Ops team to implement programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.

You will analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. This may involve conducting employee surveys, analyzing turnover rates, and implementing initiatives to enhance retention and engagement. You will be a key player in driving change management efforts, ensuring that employees are supported throughout transitions and that communication is clear and effective.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will work with cross-functional teams to align people practices with business objectives. You will facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities and promote a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that Angi remains a welcoming and inclusive workplace for all employees.
